Both are small, thin movements that ushered in Seiko's 1980's concentration on dressy watches. The Lassale name was purchased by Seiko, and became the low end of their dressy lineup, with Dolce in the middle, and Credor on the high end. It's possible to find examples of all three lines that use this, or the 5930, movements.

I sent it to the Seiko repair facility in Mahwah New Jersey on September 25th, 2023. I received it back on October 16, 2023 looking brand new. Total cost for replacing movement and cleaning watch was $205.11.
